Returns & Refunds

As each print is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, cancellations for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse, except where applicable under consumer protection laws. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged/incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery via  artprintsgraphics@gmail.com to make a claim. Your claim should include;

  • Your order number
  • Details of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product, packaging and damage.

Failure to provide the above information may result in the denial of your claim.

We will notify you of your claims approval or rejection. If the claim is approved, then your refund shall be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your card or original payment method less the shipping fees, within 10 business days.
