Refunds

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no return required.

If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. We do not refund the original order delivery charges or the cost of returning the order to us.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. 

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at artprintsgraphics@gmail.com before returning your order so we can resolve your issue swiftly.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
